When a Missouri e-cycling business registers with the department, they choose to register at one of four levels. As the tier levels increase, so do the amount of guidelines the business needs to follow. We indicate the businesses registration level by the number of  next to their name. This will help you choose a recycler at the registration level that best meets your needs.
